How you can tell when a group of Sqirrels becomes a problem?
Squirrels are a joy to behold when they are in the “Right Place”! However, once in the roof space of your business or home, this cute little creature can turn your world upside down. The damage they can do in roof spaces often runs into thousands of pounds and we have witnessed entire wiring systems rendered lethal and plastic water piping destroyed, causing the collapse of ceilings and substantial water damage. - Trim tree branches and avoid growing plants on the side of the property – squirrels are excellent climbers and can use these to get onto roofing and enter the home
- Put outdoor rubbish bags in metal bins with securely fitted lids to stop them feeding from contents.
- Clean up pet food and bird seed debris, and store pet food in robust containers with fitted lids.
